Adding Your Customers' Billing Addresses
In line with change, our goal is to start getting your clients' billing addresses updated. This is required by USIO.
This is a minor addition to the booking and/or purchase flow. We’ve simply added an extra step where you can add your clients' billing addresses during purchase/booking. Note that clients who already have their billing addresses saved on their profiles, will not be affected. The 'Please Add Your Billing Address' modal will only pop up during the booking or purchase flow for clients who do not have an address on file for their account. The modal will also appear on your client's end during purchase/booking flow if they're managing their own account. This is a one time process. Once your client's billing address is updated, you will no longer see the modal during purchase/booking. Otherwise, you'll see the modal whenever you complete a booking or purchase for your client.
This feature is available on mobile on your browser. The functionality on the iOs app is still in the development stage.
In the example below, I'll purchase a package for the client.
The 'Please Add Your Billing Address' modal will pop up after clicking NEXT.
Enter your client's billing address on the modal then hit SAVE. If you don't have their info yet, click CANCEL.
Your client's billing address will be updated at the top of the screen. Click CONFIRM and CLOSE to complete the purchase.
The client's billing address will also be saved on her profile and on the 'Contact Info' section of her fitli account if she's registered. You will no longer be prompted to update her billing address on the next purchase or booking!
