We hate to see you leave and want to do everything we can here at fitli to keep your business. But, if for some reason, you want to completely delete your account and remove your information, you can request account deletion with just a few clicks.

To do this, log into your account and click ACCOUNT at the top menu.

Click ‘Request Account Deletion’ on the left side.

Then, click DELETE ACCOUNT and CONFIRM.

A confirmation message that your request has been submitted will pop up. You will receive an email confirming that your request has been submitted and another email once it has been completed. Click CONTINUE.

You will receive an email confirmation similar to the one below and another one once your account has been deleted.
