We hate to see you leave and want to do everything we can here at fitli to keep your business. But, if for some reason, you want to completely delete your account and remove your information, you can request account deletion with just a few taps. 

To do this, open the fitli App and tap Log in or Sign up.

Enter your login credentials and tap Log in.

You’ll be directed to the More tab, tap ‘Request Account Deletion.’

On the Request Account Deletion page, tap Delete Account.

Tap Delete Account once again to confirm the deletion.

A confirmation message that your request has been submitted will show up. You will receive an email confirming that your request has been submitted and another email once it has been completed. Tap back to return to the More section.

You will receive an email confirmation similar to the one below and another one once your account has been deleted.
