You can do several things with your credit card on Fitli, including:
Adding a credit card, removing a credit card, managing multiple cards, update your credit card on file (new expiration date, new card, etc).
Here's how!
Adding a new credit card
If you're a new client and haven't yet made a purchase with your business, you may need to add a credit card to your file. First, log in to your Fitli account. Then, tap on the "Account" section at the top, and then the "Personal Wallet" section on the pulldown.
You'll see that you have no credit card on file. Simply enter your credit card information, then tap SAVE at the bottom.
You'll see the credit card screen update with the details of your card on file!
Removing a Credit Card
First, log in to your Fitli account. Then, tap on the "Account" section at the top, and then the "Personal Wallet" section on the pulldown. Simply tap the "Edit" button to start removing a card.
Then, tap the red "X" next to a card you'd like to remove.
Then, tap "Delete" to confirm the removal of a card. Then, tap SAVE at the bottom.
That's it, you've removed a card!
Managing Multiple Cards
You may find that you have multiple credit cards on file with a business if you've recently switched cards and made several purchases, or if your business charged different cards in the past. You may need to remove or delete a card that is no longer active, here's how!
First, log in to your Fitli account. Then, tap on the "Account" section at the top, and then the "Personal Wallet" section on the pulldown. Determine which card you'd like to remove. Then, simply tap the "Edit" button to start removing a card. Tap the red "X" next to a card you'd like to remove. Then, tap "Delete" to confirm the removal of a card. Then, tap SAVE at the bottom.
In the screenshot above, you can see how the credit cards listed in your account (if you have multiple cards) are managed:
-The top credit card is the "default" card used for purchases and for your auto-renewing membership.
-The next cards listed are sorted in order of newest to oldest, newest on top (below the default) and oldest on the bottom.
-It is important to REMOVE any credit cards that are expired or no longer active.
-If you remove the default card, the most recently added (the #2 card on the list) moves into the #1 spot.
To remove a card, follow the same process as in the "Removing a Credit Card" section above. Tap "Edit", then tap the red "X" next to the card you'd like to remove, tap "Delete". Then, tap SAVE to save the updates to your cards.
