#299 - Business ability to edit notifications for customers who do not have their own Fitli account - CUSTOMERS

Customers who have created a Fitli account are able to change notifications so they don't receive confirmation emails. However, customers that don't create a Fitli account have no control over communications. We need to provide a way for business to turn those off if customers don't want them. Allow businesses to edit notification settings for their clients.
