Limit how far in advance people can sign up for classes

Add an option in class setup to limit how far in advance participants can sign up. A lot of our classes are limited by the number of participants and often times, clients will sign up for 6 months worth of classes and then possibly not even show up. If we could limit the sign up to one month at a time that would help.
