Based on your requests, suggestions, and comments, we've added another round of improvements for February 2019. These range from giving businesses the ability to turn off messages to clients, to UI improvements, the ability to change client charge dates and more! Session and Blocked Time enhancements
We've vastly overhauled the Session Profile page to include individual descriptions and notes for each class/appointment, enhanced the client listing with a birthday notification, client note icon, and cleaned up the interface to improve page speed and usability. Also with blocked time, you can now add titles and descriptions to your events!

Customer Account Profile
To make it easier to see what customers have, when their sessions/memberships expire, and for clarity of viewing, we've added several category headers to the client profile page. Previously, these sections would only appear if the customer had a session balance, upcoming session, etc. Now, it appears regardless and should help clarify what data and where you'll see on the Customer Profile!

Setting the Next Charge Date for Auto-Renewals
This is a big one! You wanted the ability to set the renewal/charge date for a client's renewing membership - now you can! Just use the clickable date picker to choose the client's next charge date, and it's done! You asked for it, done!

Some businesses wanted more detail in their ability to set policies for booking and cancellation - down to the day, hour or minute. Now you can choose any type of time increments such as days, hours or minutes to allow clients to book or cancel.
REVIEW HOW TO EDIT YOUR BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICIES
Along with cleaning up some error messaging on the Facilities section, you'll now be prompted to reassign bookings for facilities you're trying to remove. You can also now set a 'default' facility for when clients are booking appointments - no more having to go back into each booked appointment and manually setting where the location is occurring.

Help System Improvements
We realized some of the Help Desk content on many pages was cluttering up your use of the system, so we've moved it to the "?" section on the Session Profile and several other pages. Now, if you need contextual help, click on the "?" and you'll get a very specific help screen on that page only - clearer, more concise and more helpful!
Sales and Booking Reports Updates
We've added a new 'Action By' column on the Sales and Booking Report to identify who either purchased a package/drop-in, or booked a class or session. No more wondering who did it - you can see who completed the action - a teacher, instructor or the client.

Now you, the business owner, can control the notifications for your clients. Have someone who doesn't want to receive emails or texts from us? Just check a box to turn off all messaging for your client - all done!

Overall UI Enhancements
Across the site, we've removed many of the large style buttons, shrunk large text, and generally made it easier for mobile users to navigate the site! We've added a new link for clients to reset their Fitli password if they're having problems logging in as well. Many screens have had text removed or condensed to simplify screens!
