In case your clients don't want to receive messages anymore, you can turn their notifications off on their profiles. You can still advise them to access their accounts and turn off their own notifications if that's what they want. You, the business, can also manage your client's emails/texts.
Simply head to your Customer List, and select the customer you'd like to manage.
At the top, turn 'ON' the switch to disable client notifications, and click 'Save'. Now, your client won't receive any more emails/texts. Note that this will disable ALL email/text messages, including billing, purchase, booking and private messages from the system. We can't resend a billing or booking message after the fact.
