You did not request to reset your password yet you got a password reset email from us. Why did this happen?
Note that anybody can request a password reset with simply entering your email and not knowing your password. That is why we send an email. The email is a security feature.

It's extremely unlikely that our site was hacked. Even if somebody logged into your account, they would not be able to get your credit card info as it's not stored on our site. The worst they could do is attempt to purchase some additional packages/memberships.
To check if there are unauthorized purchases, check your purchase history. To do this, click 'Reports' at the top menu and 'Purchase History' at the left side.
