Why aren't I receiving emails from Fitli?

Here at Fitli, we strive to make sure every email reaches you - welcome emails, booking and payment emails. Sometimes, however, the ISP (Internet Service Provider) you use may be blocking our emails and thinking they are 'Spam' or 'Junk'. Aggressive filtering of commercial emails sometimes happens without you knowing it, or one click of a previous spam email may put fitli's emails into that list as well.

If you aren't receiving emails from fitli, you may be having your email blocked or sent into the 'Spam' or 'Junk' mail folders.

Unfortunately - there is little we can do to ensure the email reaches you. If your email address is valid, but your ISP is filtering your email, then we recommend to check your provider settings or contacting them to ask why your emails are being filtered. We constantly check 'blacklists' and ISP services to ensure that our emails are accepted by your provider - but after that, it's out of our hands to be able to positively confirm an email has reached you.

PLEASE check your 'Spam' and 'Junk' mail folders, our mail messages may be automatically filtered into those folders.

Here are some tips for common service providers that we have experienced issues with, with guides on how to ensure you'll receive our emails. 


There are two ways to ensure that you’ll receive our emails:

1 - Add us to your Address book. Just right-click on the “From” address in our email.

2 - Add us to your Custom Sender List.

- Click the “Spam Controls” link on the lower right side of your inbox screen.

- When the “Mail & Spam Controls” box appears, click the “Custom sender list” link.

- Choose the “allow email from [your email address]” option.

- Add support@fitli.com then click “Add”.

- Click “Save”.

 Yahoo! Mail

Add us to your Address book.

1 - Open the email

2 - Select the Add to Address Book link.

3 - Enter our email address suppport@fitli.com and click on Save Contact.


 There are two ways to ensure that you’ll receive our emails:

1 - Add our email support@fitli.com to your contacts list.

- Open the email.

- Click on More Options drop-down menu of the message (next to the reply arrow).

- Click on Add Sender to Contacts List.

- A confirmation message will be displayed above the email letting you know that we're added to your contacts list.

2 - If our email showed up in your “Promotions” (or other) folders, drag it to the “Primary” tab; this will ensure that you don’t miss our mailings in the future.


Add us to your Safe List:

1 - Click “Options” in the upper right corner of your Hotmail screen.

2 - In the body of the page under “Junk e-mail” click the link “Safe and blocked senders”.

3 - Click the link “Safe senders”.

4 - Enter our email address support@fitli.com

5 - Click “Add to list”.


Add us to your contact list:

1 - Open our email.

2 - Right click on the “From” address.

3 - Choose “Add to contacts” option.


Add us to your Email Safe List.

The Email Safe List, found under Settings > Advanced Settings in Xfinity Connect, lets you list the only email addresses from which you want to receive emails.

Note: If you use this feature, you will only receive messages from the addresses you specify. Messages from other addresses not included on the list will be rejected.

Add us to your Contacts List.

Add as a New Contact

1 - Go to the Contacts page and select New Contact

2 - Enter our contact information.

3 - Select how and where you want to save us in the upper right of the screen.

- For File as, select how to file the name. The default is by last name, first name.

- For Location, select which Contacts Folder to save the contact.

4 - Click Save.

Add a New Contact from an Existing Email Message

1 - In our email message, right-click our name to add and choose Add to Contacts. A new contact form opens pre-populated with the information available from the email header.

2 - Add additional information and check the pre-populated fields for accuracy.

3 - Choose how and where you want to save the contact.

- For File as, select how to file the name. The default is by last name, first name.

- For Location , select which address book to save the contact.

4 - Click Save.

If you're email provider is not included in the list above, it would be best to contact them directly so they can walk you through on how to add us to your Contact/Safe List.

Alternatively, you can update your mobile number and turn on your sms notifications so you won't miss any notifications from us.
