This feature would easily make booking appointments efficient and help you determine which of your users have appointment availability configuration issues.

SOLO USER

If you're a solo business user, you're the owner and professional, you are automatically the default professional when booking appointments, as long as you have BOTH availability AND appointment options set.

If you have yourself and another trainer, you can easily set the default trainer. Here's how.

Click "Admin" at the to menu and click "Products & Services" on the left.

Create a service or edit an existing one, make it applicable to "Appointment" and hit save.

Then, go to the "Users" section of your account under "Business Setup & Customization" and click "Edit" beside your name to open your user profile.

undefined

Scroll down and turn on the "Is this professional available for appointments?" toggle.

undefined

Add your work days and hours, select the service/s on the "Services" pulldown and hit save.

undefined

undefined

That's it! Your name will show as the default professional when you and your clients try to book an appointment.

MULTIPLE USERS

If you have 2 or more users/professionals in your account (1 + including yourself), you can easily determine which of them have their appointment availability configured incorrectly. Those who have appointment availability configuration issues, would be grayed out or disabled and will show "No work hours set" beside their name while booking an appointment. Those who are available for appointments will appear on the professional pulldown like normal.

The professional whose appointment availability is configured incorrectly will be grayed out on your client's end. They won't be able to click on the professional.
