Can I provide a statement, invoice or document for payment or reimbursement purposes?

Some of your customers might be asking for a statement, summary of charges, or a document showing all their charges/purchases with your business so they can be reimbursed for work, insurance, etc.

You can access all the required information you'd need to generate this data for your client via their Purchase/Payment History with just a few clicks. Here’s how.

 

Step 1: Log in to your Fitli business account and go to your Customers list.

 

Step 2: Search for your client.

Enter your client's name or email address on the search box then click their name or the view link to open their profile. 

 

Step 3: Export their Purchase Receipt.

On your client’s profile, scroll down to Account Balance then click the “View Payment History” link.

On the Payment History page, you’ll see a download/export button for every transaction. 

Simply click the button for the transaction you want to generate the receipt for to download the purchase receipt in PDF format.
