As a business, your priority is your customers - and sometimes you may need to assist customers to get connected to your business on Fitli. If a client has already been added to your client list, but hasn't received their email invitation to join Fitli - you can now easily resend it. Here's how.
Step 1: Head to the Customers section of your business account, then search for your client.
Step 2: Click the “Re-Send Invite” link under the status column then CONFIRM.
Note: Clients that already have a Fitli personal account connected to their email address will show as “Connected”. Relationships will show nothing. Clients that have an email address that does not have a Fitli personal account connected to it will show “Re-Send Invite”.
A message in green will appear at the top that the invitation has been resent successfully.
Now, your customer should have an email waiting for them with a button to click to join Fitli, similar to the one shown below. Make sure to have them check their spam and trash folders if they have any difficulty locating the email.
