Can I resend an invitation to a customer?

As a business, your priority is your customers - and sometimes you may need to help a customer with getting added to your client list. If a client is already in your client list, but hasn't received their email invitation to join Fitli - you can resend it, here's how.

Step 1: Head to the Customers section of your business account, then click the customer's name or 'View' next to the customer name


Step 2: Edit the Customer's email address to 'remove' the invitation

As shown in the screenshot below, edit the customer's email address and change it to something different. We recommend simply deleting a letter off the end, then click 'Save'. This will remove the invitation to the customer.


Step 3: Change the customer's email address BACK to the original

As shown below, set the customers email address back to what it originally was. This will RESEND the email invitation to the customer, and allow them to click the link/button to join Fitli and signup as a member of your business!


Now, your customer should have an email waiting for them with both a link and a button to click and join Fitli. Make sure to check the Spam and Junk folders in case the email got routed there.
