Client Notifications - Quick View and Updating

2 min. readlast update: 02.19.2024

In case your clients don't want to receive messages anymore, you can quickly turn their notifications off on their profiles. You can still advise them to access their accounts and turn off their own notifications if that's what they want. You, the business, can also manage your client's emails/texts. We've recently added a quick update option from the main Customers list based on your feedback.

There are two easy ways to do this:

Option #1 - Simply head to your Customers list, and search for the customer you'd like to manage.

Click "no" under the "Notifications Disabled?" column.

Note: If your customer has Relationship/s, you'll notice that the notifications disabled status is grayed out for his Relationship/s. Only the notifications disabled status of the parent account is enabled since all emails relating to booking, scheduling, etc., go back to the parent/main account.

When done, the notifications disabled status will turn to"yes". Now, your client won't receive any more emails/texts. Note that this will disable ALL email/text messages, including billing, purchase, booking and private messages from the system. We can't resend a billing or booking message after the fact.

To turn your client's notifications back on, just click "yes" under the notifications disabled column. It will then change to "no".

Option #2 - Simply head to your Customers list, and select the customer you'd like to manage.

At the top, turn "ON" the switch to disable client notifications, and click SAVE. Now, your client won't receive any more emails/texts. Note that this will disable ALL email/text messages, including billing, purchase, booking and private messages from the system. We can't resend a billing or booking message after the fact.
