Embedded Calendar Enhanced Security Options

This section helps your business avoid any Cross Origin Security issues your customers might be having.

Some browsers, mainly Safari and Chrome (depending on their configuration) will occasionally give a security notification to your customers. This notification is due to the Fitli embedded calendar displaying content in an Iframe. To solve this, you can turn on enhanced security for your business, and put the URL/Domain of your embedded calendar into the Embedded Calendar section. This should eliminate the security warning your customers will see - in short, we use this information to verify our/your content is being served from the correct location, eliminating the security risk.

Here's an example of the security notification you or your customer might see:

If you or your users see this message, then Fitli is blocking access to your calendar via the embedded portal to provide extra security. To fix this and allow access to your embedded calendar, follow the steps below.

Click ADMIN at the top menu, click "Business Setup & Customization" at the left and click "Embedded Calendar".

Enter your BASE domain/URL on the Website Domain Names field, click ADD DOMAIN and hit SAVE. Note it cannot be an HTML page or a full URL with subfolders, pages or sections.

For example:

INCORRECT - https://yogalongstage.wpengine.com/classes/

CORRECT - yogalongstage.wpengine.com

Your website domain will appear at the top of the field once saved. If you have multiple embedded calendars, you can enter multiple domains, but will likely not need to.

To update or completely delete the website domain, click X beside your web domain and hit SAVE or click X beside your web domain, enter a new one on the field, and hit SAVE.
