Getting Started with the Fitli App

Welcome to Fitli! This guide will assist you in getting setup, including how to login/sign up, search for fitness classes and get signed up for your first class.

After downloading and installing the IOS app from the App Store, launch the app from your iPhone. You'll be asked to allow Fitli to use your GPS location. This is so we can present fitness and wellness businesses near you. Tap "Allow".

Signup or Login:

You'll be presented with a "Sign Up" or "Log in" page. If you have an account already with Fitli, then choose "Log in". Otherwise, choose "Sign Up".

Choosing "Sign Up" will prompt you to enter your First name, Last name, email address and to choose a password. Your email address should be 39 characters or less. Your password must have at least 8 characters + number and a special character. Tap "Sign Up" to complete the signup process. As an extra layer of security, our system will automatically send you an email with an activation link. Check your email and click the activate link/button. Once you click on the link/button, you'll be asked to open any of your device's browser. Tap any of it to open it then go back to the app and log in. 

Once logged in, you'll be directed to the "More" page. You can either tap "Explore" to search for your gym or use the "Search" button to be directed to the "Search Builder" section where you can search for your gym.  

On the "Search Builder" section, type your gym's city on the "Location" field, tap the city and state, done then SEARCH.

You'll be directed to the "Search Results" section where you can check out gyms/fitness studios in your area. 

Alternatively, you can use the 'Explore' page where you can find great local fitness gyms, yoga and pilates studios and trainers near you. On the Explore page, you'll see a local listing of great gyms, clubs and trainers. You'll see the following information:

1 - Business name and logo

2 - Sessions offered

3 - Distance from you (if you accepted the 'allow location')

4 - Average rating in number of stars and number of total reviews

5 - Address

Tapping on each business will give you more information about that specific business, where you can view their schedule/signup for a class, check rates, meet the professionals, contact the business or leave a review.

Once you find your gym, tap the heart icon to "favorite" it. This way, on your next login, you don't need to search for it. You just need to tap "Favorites" where you can easily find it.

 

Book for a Class:

To signup for a class, tap the button beside it to open its profile then tap "Book Session".

NOTE: If your business requires you to accept a waiver, tap the "Waiver" link and the "Confirm" button to accept it. The waiver will only need to be accepted the first time you book/purchase unless the business updates and/or resets the waiver, in which case you will need to re-accept the waiver. If your business has no waiver configured , you'll see the pricing page next where you can choose between paying the drop-in price or choose any available package/membership (if your business has any). Tap the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Tap "Add a payment method" on the "Payment Method" box, select the option to add a credit/debit card on the modal then hit NEXT.

Note: The option to add a bank account will only be available if your business allows ACH payments. Otherwise, you'll only see the option to add a credit/debit card.

On the "Card Details" page, enter your credit/debit card information then tap "Add Card". 

On the "Checkout" page, tap "Complete Purchase." If your business gave you a promo code, enter the code on the "Promotion" field, tap "Apply" and "Complete Purchase." A confirmation will appear at the bottom that you successfully paid and booked the class. Be assured that your credit card information is secure with us.

We'll notify your business and the class will appear on your personal "Schedule." You'll also receive "Purchase" and "Booked" Notification emails and a reminder email 24 hours before the session starts.

 

Book for an Appointment:

To signup for an appointment, tap the "Book Appointment" button to open its page. Note that this option will only be available if the business allows appointment booking.

On the "Book Appointment" page, select the "Service", "Professional", "Date" and "Time" you want to sign up for one by one then tap "Confirm." Note that you need to select each option one by one for the other options to be available. 

You'll see the pricing page if you don't have any sessions applicable to the appointment, otherwise, you're booked. You can choose between paying the drop-in price (in this case, it's $34 for the appointment) or choose any available package/membership (if your business has any). Tap the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

You can use the "RECENT" card used to complete the purchase or choose to add a different payment method. 

If you choose to add a different payment method, tap the "Payment Method" box at the top, choose the option to add a credit/debit card on the modal, tap NEXT, enter your credit/debit card info on the "Card Details" page, then tap "Add Card."

Note: The option to add a bank account will only be available if your business allows ACH payments. Otherwise, you'll only see the option to add a credit/debit card.

On the "Checkout" page, tap the "Payment Method" box again, tap the new card you just added on the modal then tap the "Complete Purchase" button. If your business gave you a promo code, enter the code on the "Promotion" field, tap "APPLY" and "Complete Purchase." A confirmation will appear at the bottom that you successfully paid and booked the appointment. 

We'll notify your business and the appointment will appear on your personal "Schedule." You'll also receive "Purchase" and "Booked" Notification emails and a reminder email 24 hours before the session starts.

Your Personal Schedule:

To keep track of your upcoming scheduled sessions, click the "Schedule" button at the bottom. 

You can also check this during the checkout process. To do this, tap the "My Schedule" button at the bottom or hit "Cancel" at the top right and tap the "Schedule" icon. Screenshots below.

The orange dots below the number on your calendar have scheduled sessions!
