How to cancel a booked session?If you're a client that needs to cancel a session that you've booked with a business through Fitli, you can do so quickly and easily on the Fitli mobile app by following these steps. Step 1: Log into the iOS app with your email address and password. Step 2: Navigate to the 'Schedule' section by tapping the 'Schedule' tab at the bottom. Step 3: Choose the date on the calendar you've scheduled your class or appointment for.

Downloading and Installing the Fitli iOS AppWelcome to Fitli! In order to get started with us, you'll need to download and install the iOs app. Head to the Apple App Store, search for Fitli, and look for this app. Once you've found it, install and wait a few moments. Recurring Bookings with the Fitli appA business can sell a recurring package or membership and it can be limited or unlimited. In the 'Pricing' tab of your business, you'll see Promotions (if your business has any), One Time and Auto Renew memberships etc, etc. RECURRING PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS: We've added a split in the 'PRICING' tab of the iOS app within the business profile. Packages and Memberships will be split into 'ONE TIME' and 'AUTO RENEW' and auto-renew items are indicated with a red icon.

Dynamic Buttons on the iOS Mobile AppWe have made changes to the iOs app buttons when booking for a class or appointment on the personal account's perspective. The goal of these changes is to provide clear and more accurate information when a personal account user is looking at the class list on the mobile app. The personal account users will see the following dynamic buttons depending on the status of a given class/session. iOs App: How to Request for Account Deletion?We hate to see you leave and want to do everything we can here at fitli to keep your business. But, if for some reason, you want to completely delete your account and remove your information, you can request account deletion with just a few taps. To do this, open the fitli App and tap Log in or Sign up. Enter your login credentials and tap Log in. Youâll be directed to the More tab, tap âRequest Account Deletion.

iOs App: What happens if I try to purchase a duplicate auto-renewing membership?This feature will help prevent you from duplicating purchases of auto-renewing packages of the same kind. This would only work if you have an existing auto-renewing package that is un-expired on your Session Bank and youâre trying to purchase a similar package during the booking/purchase flow. In the example below, the client has an existing auto-renewing 10 Pack membership on his Session Bank. How does it work?
