Help CenterFor businesses who have NOT STARTED Usio Enrollment, you can add/update your Tax ID on the "ADMIN" > "Business Information" page.
On the "Business Contact Info" page, simply enter your Tax ID number on the "Federal Tax ID Number (EIN or SSN)" field then click SAVE at the bottom.
For businesses who have started Usio Enrollment or whose payment processing is ACTIVE, the "Federal Tax ID Number (EIN or SSN)" field can no longer be edited.
Once you've started Usio Enrollment or your Usio Payments Status is Active, financial details will need to be updated directly with the processor via their specific process. Due to this requirement, businesses are now unable to submit updates to their financial information, including Tax ID, Bank Account details, etc., via the Fitli interface.
