We received a lot of inquires from you having issues with booking and purchasing from your trainers'/business' calendar website. Some of you tried to reset their password, thinking there's an issue with their login credentials. Some tried clearing their browsers' cache and cookies. Unfortunately, these didn't do the trick.
Google Chrome and Safari browsers have a known bug with some of their older versions on certain versions of MacOS.
This affects any site where there is an embedded application. If the Fitli portal/calendar is embedded on your business' website, they fall into this category.
The bug has been fixed in the newer versions of Google Chrome, Safari browsers and MacOS ONLY.
The solution then is to make sure you have the most recently released versions of Google Chrome, Safari browsers and MacOS. Try updating your browsers, this normally resolves the issue. If not, update your MacOS. We highly recommend this since updating your MacOS will guarantee you have all the security updates.
In case you're in a hurry and would like to book/purchase asap, you can always use Google Chrome or Safari browsers and go directly to fitli.com to login. Once logged in, just click "Book Activity" on the top menu then click the "View Schedule" button of your business to be directed to their calendar. From there, you can select the class or appointment you want to open its profile, click the "Book" button and purchase it if you don't have any balance available.
