Your business has the ability to enable "waitlist" for busy or popular classes. You can easily join the "waitlist" with just a few taps. Here's how.
Log in to your account and go to your "favorite" business.
Tap "WAIT" beside the class you want to be waitlisted to.
Tap "Add to Waitlist" to join the waitlist.
A message will appear at the bottom confirming that you're on the waitlist and you'll receive a WAITLISTED email from us.
Note: You do not need to have an associated balance, package or membership to be added to the waitlist for a class. It's not a pre-booking, but more of a "Let me know when a spot opens up!" notification.
If no spots open up for the class, then the class goes on like normal, and you will not receive any emails, nothing needs to be done. BUT, if a spot opens up, then you will get an email notification that a spot is available. It's first come, first serve!
Once a spot in a class opens up, the "WAIT" button will change into "BOOK" or $XX.XX. The button will be labeled as "BOOK" if you have available sessions/balance for the class. Otherwise, the button will be labeled as $XX.XX showing the class' drop-in price. In the example below, the customer has an available session/balance for the class.
Tap the BOOK button and complete the booking process to confirm your booking. In the example below, the customer has an existing balance.
A message will appear at the bottom confirming that you're booked and the "Book Session" button will change to "Withdraw." On your business' calendar, you'll see the "View" button beside the class indicating that you're booked!
We'll notify your business and the class will appear on your personal "Schedule." You'll also receive "Purchase" and/or "Booked" Notification email/s and a reminder email 24 hours before the session starts.

Q: Is it first come, first serve?
A: Yes, if a spot opens up on the waitlist, and there are 10 people on the list, all 10 get notified when a spot is available. The first one who gets in and books, gets the spot!
Q: I got an email that a spot is available, I tried to book it but I can't, what should I do?
A: Unfortunately, this means that someone already booked the available spot and there's nothing you can do. You can try booking another class that has available spots left.
Q: How can I remove myself on the waitlist?
A: Unfortunately, this feature is not available on the iOs app. You can either contact your business to remove you on the waitlist or you can log into fitli.com, to remove yourself on the waitlist.
Q: I don't have any available sessions left, can I still join the waitlist?
