iOs App: How to Request for Account Deletion?

We hate to see you leave and want to do everything we can here at Fitli to keep your business. But, if for some reason, you want to completely delete your account and remove your information, you can request for account deletion with just a few taps.

To do this, open the Ftli App and tap "Log in or Sign up."

You’ll be directed to the "More" tab, tap "Request Account Deletion."

Tapping the DELETE ACCOUNT button will initiate a request to delete your Fitli account.

When your account is deleted, we remove as much information as possible. However, any details of purchases or booking made via Fitli will remain within our system as that data belongs to multiple parties.

Fitli does not have the authority to terminate any ongoing contracts or commitments to any third parties, including businesses utilizing the Fitli platform. This means that any active recurring memberships with any businesses who utilize the Fitli platform for payments will NOT be canceled as part of your account deletion request.

Should you wish to cancel any active recurring memberships or packages with a business using Fitli, you must reach out to that business directly and request cancellation per their policies. Failure to do so will likely result in continued charges from the business.

Note that any business you have engaged with on Fitli may still have your contact details recorded outside the system. We have no control over that.

Once deleted, you will no longer be able to login to your account. You will no longer be able to book with any associated businesses through Fitli and you will no longer be able to view any of your past purchase or session history reports.

If you are certain you would like to permanently delete your Fitli account, please click the button below. Once submitted, your deletion request will be completed within 3 business days.

Tap the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button once you fully understand these terms.

You’ll see the "Account Deletion" modal below if you meet any of these criterias:

  • You have not purchased any auto-renewing packages/memberships with any businesses.
  • You had an auto-renewing package/membership that was canceled and has since expired.
  • You had an auto-renewing package/membership that has been canceled but has NOT expired.

 

Tap CONFIRM and CONTINUE on the "Account Deletion" modal to request for Account Deletion.

You will receive an email confirmation similar to the one below and another one once your account has been deleted.

If you have any active auto-renewing packages/memberships with one or more businesses, meaning they are not canceled and they’re scheduled to renew on the Next Charge date, you’ll see the "Active Recurring Membership" modal similar to the one below.

Make sure to reach out to any businesses that you have active packages/memberships with if you would like to cancel those. Note that failure to do so will likely result in continued charges on your account from the business.

Tap the box and hit CONFIRM on the "Active Recurring Membership" modal then CONTINUE.

To contact your business to request for cancellation of your Auto-Renewing Plan/s, go to "Favorites" and tap your business.

Tap your business’ contact number at the top to make a call.

Q: I already cancelled my auto-renewing package/membership, why am I still prompted that I have an Auto Recurring Membership?

A: There is a possibility that you have another auto-renewing package/membership with another business or your business has not cancelled your membership yet. In this case, contact your business directly.

Q: How can I check if I have an auto-renewing package/membership?

A: You can either contact your business directly or check your Account Balance Report by logging into fitli.com using your mobile browser. Once logged in, go to Reports and scroll down to "Auto-Renewing Plans." You’ll see the "Next Charge" date if your auto-renewing package/membership is still active. Otherwise, you’ll see the expiration date.
