Mobile version: How can I check my Account Balance and/or my next Charge Date?

Checking your Account Balance (also known as remaining sessions) and/or next bill/charge date is easy. Here's how.

Log in to your Fitli account, go to the Personal page then click "Reports" at the top menu. You'll be directed to the "Account Balance" section.

In this example, the customer has 23 sessions remaining: 1 for Drop-In (Beginner Yoga), 7 for Pilates Class, and 15 for Family Yoga. The “Applies To” section below the business’ name shows the classes or appointments that can be booked using the remaining balance. The expiration date is displayed for each session count.

Scrolling up, you will see the next charge date for the customer's auto-renewing packages/memberships under "Auto-Renewing Plans". As you can see, the customer's Unlimited AR Monthly Pack and Family Yoga Pack will auto-renew on 4/30/2026.

Basically, if there is a Next Charge date, the package or membership is on auto-renewal and is therefore listed under Auto-Renewing Plans. If the package is not under the Auto-Renewing Plans section AND has an expiration date, the package or membership is not on auto-renewal.
