Mobile version: How to Cancel your Auto-Renewing Package/Membership

As a client, you have the ability to manage your auto-renewing package/membership. With just a few taps, you can cancel it or request your business to cancel it for you, here’s how!

Note: This feature is not available on the iOs app. To request cancellation via your mobile device, you will need to open the Fitli website on your device’s browser.

Log into your Fitli Account and tap Reports at the top menu.

 On the Account Balance Report page, you’ll see a section for your Auto-Renewing Plans.

 Tap the Cancel Auto-Renew link of the package/membership you wish to cancel.

Note: Your business has the right to either allow you to initiate the cancellation or require you to request for it. They can either approve or decline your request per their cancellation policies. 

Business Allows you to Initiate Cancellation

In the example below, the business allows the client to initiate cancellation without their approval. If you tap, CONFIRM, the auto-renewing package/membership will be cancelled and it will be set to expire at the end of the current renewal period.

The Next Charge date of the cancelled auto-renewing package/membership will disappear and the Expiration Date will be populated up to when you can use your package/membership for bookings. You and your business will be notified that your package/membership has been cancelled. Screenshots below.

Business Requires you to Request for Cancellation

In the example below, the business requires the client to request for cancellation. If you tap CONFIRM, a request will be sent to your business to cancel the auto-renewing plan and it will not be automatically cancelled. You’ll see beside your auto-renewing plan that your cancellation request is pending.

If your business declines your cancellation request, you’ll be notified and the Cancellation Request Pending status will change to Cancel Auto-Renew. For more information, kindly contact your business directly.

 If your business approves your cancellation request, you’ll be notified. The Next Charge date of the cancelled auto-renewing plan will disappear and the Expiration Date will be populated up to when you can use your package/membership for bookings. Screenshots below.
