Mobile version: I didn't request a password reset? Why did I get an email?

You did not request to reset your password yet you got a password reset email from us. Why did this happen?

Note that anybody can request a password reset with simply entering your email and not knowing your password. That is why we send an email. The email with a secure link back to the login page is a security feature.

If you think you need to reset your password, you may do it HERE.

It's extremely unlikely that our site was hacked. Even if somebody logged in to your account, they would not be able to get your credit card info as it's not stored on our site. The worst they could do is attempt to purchase some additional packages/memberships.

To check if there are unauthorized purchases, check your purchase history. To do this, tap "Reports" at the top menu and select "Purchase History" on the pulldown. Scroll up to see all of your purchases.

That's about it! If you have other questions, comments or concerns, feel free to chat with us at or send us an email at or contact your business directly
