As a client, you're wondering, will you get any proof or any email notifications from us regarding your purchase, booked and upcoming sessions, withdrawn/canceled sessions, when your sessions have almost run out and when your package/s are about to expire? The answer is YES!
Here are some of the email notifications you'll receive from us.
Purchase Notification Email
Whenever you make a purchase or your business makes a purchase for you, you will receive an email notification after the purchase is complete. The email you'll receive looks like a receipt with the transaction details that you can print for documentation purposes. The purchased package or session will also appear on your Purchase History. Screenshot below:
Booked Notification Email
Once you booked a session, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your booking. Unlike the purchase notification email, it will only include your business' name and logo, your name, the name of the session booked, the date and time and where will it be held. If your business added a link of where the session will be held, you will be able to click on it and you'll be directed to google maps. There is also an option for you to add the session to your calendar.
Reminder Notification Email
You will receive an email reminder regarding an upcoming session 24 hours before it starts. This email notification will include your business' name and logo, the name of the session, the date, time and where will it be held.
Withdrawn/Canceled Notification Email
When your business cancels a class or you decided to withdraw or cancel, you will get a session credited back to your account that you can use in the future. You will be notified via email regarding this. Note that these emails are slightly different but both will include your business' name and logo, the name of the session and the date and time. Both emails will give you the option to add the withdrawn/canceled session into your calendar.
Sessions Run Out Notification Email
You will receive an email notification when your package/membership has only 2 sessions left. This means that after you used up the remaining sessions, you will be prompted to purchase a package or a session for a class that you want to book. This email notification will include your business' name and logo and the package that is about to run out.
Expiring Package/Membership Notification Email
An email reminder will be sent out reminding you to book a session. You will receive this 10 days before your package/membership expires. This email will include your business' name and logo and the name of the package/membership that is about to expire.
