If a record of your purchase(s) is needed, there are several options to obtain an invoice for individual purchase with a business on Fitli:
1 - Use the email you received from us.
Whenever a package or a service is purchased for your account, you should receive an automated message from us with details of the purchase including name of the business, logo, package or service name, dollar amount, etc. This email notification will serve as the primary receipt for your purchase. Screenshot below.
2 - Log in to your account and export the receipt on your "Purchase History".
To do this, go to Reports > Purchase History. Click the download/export button of the purchase you want to obtain a receipt for.
Once done, save the file to your computer and/or print it.
3 - Contact the Business.
You may contact the business directly so they can give you a receipt for your purchase, similar to the one shown above. Or, they can provide you another one if they have one available.
