How do I cancel or unbook a class?

Are you a customer or client of a business, signed up for a session, and need to cancel your class or appointment? Here's how.

First, log in to your Fitli personal account. You'll typically be taken directly to your schedule/calendar, where you can view any and all upcoming classes or appointments that are currently booked.

Check your "At A Glance" and your "Calendar".

As you can see from the screenshot above, we conveniently show "At a Glance", a condensed list view of any upcoming classes or appointments. On the right side, you'll also see the booked sessions on whatever  calendar view is selected.

 

Cancel the Class/Appointment

To cancel yourself from the class/appointment, click on the class/appointment from your personal calendar. You'll get a "Session Profile" popup, with the details of the booked class/appointment. Then, look for the "Withdraw" link, click it and you'll be prompted to accept the cancellation.

If the Withdraw link is not available, this means that the session is currently within a cancellation policy period and the business does not allow withdrawal from the session while the cancellation policy is in effect.

Click "Confirm", and you'll immediately be removed/canceled from the class/appointment. You will also receive a confirmation email of your cancellation and the business will be notified. You will also receive a refund or a credit for the session back into your account balance that you can use for future bookings.

Note: If the business has set/defined a "cancellation policy" (for example: no cancellations within 24 hours) and you are trying to cancel while this policy is in effect for the session, you’ll be prompted that the session will be refunded back to you as a session credit but you’ll be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel, or, the session credit will not be refunded to your account balance.

If the Withdraw option is not available for the session, it means that the business does not allow clients to withdraw from sessions within the cancellation period.

If you decide to cancel while the cancellation charge policy is in effect, you’ll be charged the late cancellation fee and the session will be credited back to your account balance. You’ll receive an email regarding this and you’ll see the charge on your Purchase History.

If you decide to cancel while a no returned credit policy is in effect, the session credit will not be refunded back to your account balance.
