Signing up for a Fitli Business Account

Welcome to Fitli for Business!

To sign up for a Fitli account, you've got TWO options. You can sign up for an account with or without payment processing.

If you want to sign up without payment processing, you'll be able to use all the scheduling features of the site, but you won't be able to accept credit card payments or allow customers to enroll in auto-renewing memberships and/or book using drop-ins.

If you want to sign up with payment processing, or add it later, you'll need to have some of your business information handy. This includes your bank information, Tax ID number (EIN), social or similar number, etc. You're probably wondering why we need these? In order to set up your merchant account and allow you to process card payments, we require these information to get your account activated!

Whether you sign up for an account with or without payment processing, you'll still need a valid credit card on file with us. Don’t worry, your subscription won’t be charged until after your free, 30-day trial membership. 

 

Business Signup Process

Create Your Login

First, head to the Business Signup Page here.

Enter your first and last name, your email address (twice for verification purposes) then a password twice (also for verification purposes).

Note: Your email address should be 39 characters or less and your password must be 8 characters or longer and contain at least one number and one special character.

You'll be prompted to check your email to "Activate Your Account".

Click the "Activate Account" link or button.

You'll be redirected to the login screen. Enter your login details and complete your business registration.

Note: If for some reason your account is locked, don't fret! Contact us directly so we can unlock it for you.

Complete your Contact Information

Then, complete some basic contact information so we know a little about you!

Choose A Business Account Plan

Then, choose a business account plan - the membership rates for Fitli depend on how many business users you have in the account. Business users are anyone that you add in as a user on the business side, regardless of the level of access that you assign them - they may be able to view the business calendar, access the customer list, make changes to the schedule or scheduled sessions, etc. Review the membership rates and tiers HERE.

Enter Your Business Information

Tell us about your business, including the name, location, a valid URL for your website, then choose the categories you want your business to be listed in on Fitli - what types of activities or business are you?  

Choose as many checkboxes as you'd like!

If you don't have a website, don't fret! Just turn on the "Use Fitli domain" toggle and we'll provide one for you.

Enter Your Credit Card Information

As mentioned above, whether you sign up for an account with or without payment processing, you'll still need a valid credit card on file with us but your subscription isn’t charged until after your free, 30-day trial membership ends. Additionally, you'll be receiving an email notification from us to remind you that your free trial is about to end and we include how much will the charge be. You can opt for a monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscription.

Once you complete the signup process, your credit card information will be saved under Business Billing. To check, go to 1 - Admin > 2 - Business Information > 3 - Business Billing. Screenshot below.

Credit card information (Business Billing): Fitli will charge your monthly, annual or semi-annual subscription fee on this credit card after the free trial period. You can cancel your Fitli business account at any time but please note that choosing an annual or semi-annual subscription does mean that your subscription will be locked in for that time frame (once initiated) because it is at a reduced rate and partial refunds cannot be provided.

 2- Decide on Payment Processing

Now, you need to decide if you want to process credit card payments for customers and allow them to process credit card charges through your Fitli account. If so, that's great - you can accept credit cards and we're fully integrated with a processor so that you can manage customer’s credit card payments. The processor will deposit your revenue into your account and automatically process any automatic renewals. If you're not ready to accept payments yet, that's okay too! You can add payment processing to your account later.

If you decide to click Skip, you'll be directed to the Dashboard a.k.a your Fitli Calendar. If you click Option 2, you'll be directed to the Payment Processing section. If you're not yet ready to activate Payment Processing, you can always go to 1 - ADMIN > 2 - Business Information > 3 - Payment Processing later.

Once decided, turn ON the toggle for "Activating Payment Processing".

If you choose to enable payment processing, we'll require some information upfront. We need your bank account information for payment processing to deposit the gross amount of your credit card transactions into your account - otherwise, we can't pay you. Hit "Click here to add a bank account".

Enter your bank account information on the modal and click SAVE.

Routing Number: This number functions as an address for your bank. It is used for electronic transactions.

Account Number: This number identifies your bank account.

Accountholder Name: Your name on your bank account.

Tax Identification Number, SSN or EIN: We need this to confirm your account through our processor and generate any required tax forms. If you have added this on the Business Account Setup page, your Tax ID will show up on this section by clicking "click to view". Otherwise, "Click Here to Add a Tax ID (EIN or SSN)" will show up.

Enter your Tax ID number on the field and click SAVE.

Notes: This information is not stored on the Fitli system. They're stored and highly secured in a digital vault with our processor.

Make sure to click SAVE before leaving this section. Otherwise, you won't be able to accept credit card payments. A message at the top will appear if you leave this section without saving.

Click ENROLL NOW on the "Usio Enrollment Status" section.

The New Payment Processor Enrollment modal will pop up. Just complete the enrollment process to activate payment processing. To ensure a quick and simple enrollment process, follow our guidelines HERE.

On the "Click To Agree Form" page, make sure to complete all highlighted fields.

Confirm that you agree to Usio's terms and conditions. Very Important!

Then, click the "Submit the Click To Agree Form" button.

A confirmation modal will display that you successfully updated your information. Click CLOSE to go back to your business account.

On the Payment Processing page, you'll see your Usio Enrollment Status. In the example below, the business' Usio enrollment status is APPROVED.

This will change to ONBOARDED.

Once we've turned on Usio payments for your business, this section will change into Usio Payment Status ACTIVE, similar to the one below. Don't worry! You'll receive email notifications from us every step of the way!

That’s it! You can now set up drop-ins, auto-renewing memberships and accept card payments from your clients!

What’s in store for you? 

Additional exciting features will be unlocked once you’ve completed enrollment AND we activate USIO payments for your business. You can enable a POS Terminal for your business for $5 per month and/or Accept Bank Payments (ACH) for $5 per month.

If you already have an active Fitli account (Personal, Professional or Business type) and you want to upgrade your account to Business type OR you already have a business account and want to add a second one, you'll need to follow these steps:

1 - Log in to your Fitli account.

2 - Go to your "Personal" section, click "Account" at the top, then "Account Type" on the left side.

 

  • On your "Account Type" page, either click on 'ADD ANOTHER' button or 'SELECT' button under "BUSINESS" type.

Note: This screen only shows if you already have a business account with Fitli and simply wish to add another business to your account. Please note that any additional businesses will have a separate subscription at additional cost.

3 - Follow these 3 steps to complete the registration process: Contact Info, Billing/Account Info, Confirmation.

4 - After you're finished, your business account will be created in a pending state or immediately activated, depending if you chose payment processing or not.
