Connecting with a Business as a Professional if you Already Have a Client Account

If you're an existing customer who wants to connect with a business as a professional, teacher or instructor, using the same email address you've used for your personal account, you can do this easily. Here's how.

Step 1 - Upgrade your Personal account to Professional.

Log in to your Fitli personal account then click ACCOUNT at the top menu.

Click "Account Type" on the left then click the SELECT button under PROFESSIONAL.

On the Contact Info page, fill out your details then hit CONTINUE.

 

Step 2 - Connect with a Business.

Once you're done signing up for a Professional account, you'll be directed to "Workplaces." Use the search fields to search for the business.

Click "View" beside the business then hit CONNECT.

An invitation email will be sent to the business and you'll see the connection status is "Sent." Once the business accepts your invitation, the connection status will change to "Connected." Screenshots below.

That's it! You are now connected with the business using the same email address you've used for your Personal account. You can now add your certifications, customize your profile, make it searchable and viewable and edit your notification settings

Q: I invited the business and they received the invitation email but I'm still not connected with them, what should I do?

A: Contact the business directly and have them accept your invitation. Here's a helpful GUIDE you can send to them. 

Q: I sent an invite to the business but they said they did not receive it, what should I do?

A: Advise them to check their spam/trash folders then mark the email as "Not Spam". If they still can't find the email,  you can simply resend it. To do this, go to "Workplaces", click the "View" button then hit RESEND.

 

Q: My connection status is "Connected" but I can't book my students, what should I do?

A: You should have "Booking Resource", "Assist Customer" and "Scheduling" permissions to be able to book your students. To know what your role/access level permits you to do, contact your business directly.
